To create a new Business Central SaaS instance, follow these steps within the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center:

- If you have downloaded the preview version of Business Central SaaS it will be deleted after a month without prior notification. Microsoft typically provides preview versions of software for evaluation purposes, and they may indeed expire or be deactivated after a certain period without prior notification. Users of preview versions need to be aware of this and consider transitioning to the official or production versions when they become available.
